In late December, the bank’s supermarket branches in Green Bay, Howard, Appleton and Milwaukee held their annual “Race for the Hungry,” a fun way to help support local food pantries and win free groceries. Each in-store branch selected two contest entrants to race through the supermarket aisles and fill each food pantry’s wish list. The winners received a $100 grocery gift card and the runners-up, a $50 card. Collected items valued over $1800 were donated to Trinity Lutheran Church in Green Bay, St. Joseph’s Food Pantry in Appleton and the Milwaukee Christian Center. The races raise awareness for those in need and offer assistance through the donation of items collected. View photos of the racing action.
